Medior Modeler (Vwx)
Are you a strong 3D thinker? Have you mastered Vectorworks? Are you excited about a good puzzle and ready to challenge the status quo with new methods and sustainable ideas?
For our creative, international, and ambitious teams, we are looking for a smart Modeler. You will strengthen our international project team and develop Vectorworks drawing sets as part of our developed and technical design stages. You will maintain an overview of the libraries and always seek new ways to improve the software. Your innovative nature keeps us on top of the game. Additionally, you will assist in creating the most inspiring visualizations that bring the design to life.

What will you be working on?
Drawing sets: You are part of the creative team, primarily involved in the developed and technical design phases. You develop and organize the drawing sets in Vectorworks.
Library: Everything moves quickly, with new ideas, plans, and opportunities. That's why a good library is crucial. You maintain an overview and ensure that we stay up to date and continue to innovate.
Visualization: Visualizations are a way to demonstrate how our ideas can become reality and inspire our clients. Working closely with the concepters and 3D designers, you develop fantastic renders, mainly providing technical/software support.
Software development: You are always up to date with the latest software developments. We value your insights into what's happening and what we shouldn't miss.

What do you bring to the table?
- A completed vocational or higher professional education (MBO or HBO).
- Preferably 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Good current knowledge of Vectorworks (+++).
- Basic knowledge of Twinmotion or similar visualization software (+-).
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) (+).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, and possibly another language.
- Strong sense of file management (+++).
